Upload File(s)
If you need to upload multiple files:
Desktop: Hold ctrl/command key and select each file.
Android: Long press/hold each file.
iPhone: Click on upload files, select either photo library, take photo or choose files click on each document required then select open.
Accepted file types are .jpg, .gif and .pdf (The maximum file size is 5MB)
If you are the owner of the car and wish to apply for a permit, please enter details below and supply clear document proof of the following:

1. Vehicle Registration Document (Form V5) or your full Motability Agreement both must show Address and Vehicle Registration Number.

2. Certificate of motor insurance showing address and Vehicle Registration Number.
